Nights, oh, nights. Nights are hard, right?
Nights sometimes are way too long. You want to sleep, you're exhausted, tired, but you can't sleep at all. Your mind decided it was the moment to start over thinking every single decision you've made in your entire life. You start thinking too much that you come to a point where all you want to do is lay down and cry. You feel like a failure, like you can't do anything right, you just hate yourslelf. You wish you could turn back time and fix all the mistakes you ever did.
Well, it that happens only one night, it's not that bad. But, what if that happens every night? What if you've been feeling that every night for a long time? That hurts. That feels horrible, and you start to get tired of that.
In some of those nights, you start to wonder some things, some really bad ones sometimes. You feel so alone, and you feel like nobody cares about you. Everyone's sleeping or, if they're awake, they're doing other stuff. You feel like you could disappear and they wouldn't even notice. They wouldn't care.
But that's not true. That's what night, what pain does to us. Pain blind us and makes us think things that aren't true.
In the darkest nights, remember to let the light in. You're not alone in those dark nights. Right now, you might be feeling as I described, and so are a lot of people out there. They're hiding their pain, just like you.
Take care, stay strong.
