Diversity and discrimination.

You'll never find two human beings who are completely the same. Never, no matter how hard you try, you won't. I can assure you that.

There's diversity among us, we all are different somehow. Whether it's the color of our skin, our nationality, our preferences, our sexuality, our gender identity, our surroundings, our appearence... we are different from each other. And it's okay. As long as you're not causing damage to others by that, there's nothing wrong with it.

The problem is that we tend not to respect that diverstity, we tend to think of diverstity as something which is wrong. Even though we say we don't think that or that we don't care about diversity, are you sure it is respected? I don't think so.

I'll give you an example. Let's imagine a 10th grade classroom, with about 30 students. They're different from each other, but they act in a similar way, most of them. Nevertheless, let's suppose that there are like three students who are "different" or that's what they classmates do. One of those three students has a different sexuality than most of their classmates, openly. Other one is from another country, and the reaction of his/her classmates is the same as with the other kid. The third one doesn't like the same things as his/her classmates, has different hobbies, mentality and dresses differently.

The reaction of their classmates towards them is the same: the three teens are being teased, being made fun of, being left out... being bullied. Just because they're not like them. The three teens aren't causing any damage to the rest, but they're different. And that's what always happens, every day, everywhere.

Is it right? No. People say that we've become more advanced, and we have, but not enough. There is still a lot of discrimination to many people, and it's unfair - this must change.

Wouldn't you like to feel free to be yourself in public without hiding who you truly are? Wouldn't that be better for each one of us? What do you prefer: stopping hate and becoming acceptive, or living divided and hidden?

It's owned by us, only we can change that.

Achievements.

Today I'd like to talk about achievements.

Every day, every week, every month, and every year there will be people who will tell you that you can't achieve something. Lots of those times, they will be referring to things that you've always wanted to achieve, they'll talk about what for you might be your "dream". That kinda sucks, doesn't it?

It's fucked up that every time a person comes up with a dream, something they want to do with their life, someone comes and starts telling you that there's not a chance you'll make it true, that no way you can make it true. Why do they say it? I don't know.

Sometimes, their intentions are good - they just want you not to delude yourself.

That's something normal from the people who care about you. Whether you're good or not doing what you want to have success in, having your hopes too high can end up with you being disappointed. That's a chance, I won't deny it.

Nevertheless, there's other thing that might happen. Maybe the person who's telling you you can't achieve your dreams basically doesn't want you to reach your dreams. Why? There are a few possibilities.

That person might be jealous for any reason, they might think you can make true something that they can't, they might see in you a talent that they wish they had... maybe they see you as a rival, or maybe they just don't want to see you success. Hate, jealousy, feeling like a failure themselves... those can be reasons why someone wants you not to success in something.

However, none of those reasons should be a reason for you to be put down. You should keep fighting for your dreams. You should never give up that fight. As a song that I really like says:

"Keep your hopes up high and your head down low"

You have to fight for what you want, but always being honest to the world and to yourself, and all that with modestly, never forget that.

Have a nice weekend guys!

Life's not perfect.

Life is not perfect.

People tend to "paint" life as if it was perfect. It's like they want us to believe that life's all just butterflies and rainbows and everything's so perfect and we must love life no matter what, and so on.

I think that the perception of life as perfect only makes things worse.

"If life's perfect, then I'm just overreacting about my problems"

"If life's so beautiful, why am I feeling so bad? Am I just stupid?"

The perception of life as perfect can lead to thoughts like those one I wrote below. Is that even good? It's not, right? Life's not perfect. Life has its ups and downs, its pain, its sorrow, its bad moments and good ones. Who hasn't ever thought "life sucks"? I think that no one. I believe that we all kinda hate life itself sometimes. You don't have to feel like you're a bad person for thinking that, you don't have to feel bad for thinking that.

Life does suck sometimes.

But, that's life. And there's not a thing we can do to change that. That's what life's like, nevertheless, that's not bad at all. Maybe what we have to do is look at life with a different perspective.

There will be days when you don't want to get out of bed, days when you'll feel completely hopeless, lost... but you'll get through those days. The person in order to do that is you. No one else - you.

No one will do it for you, but it's worth it. Even though life can be very bad and unfair sometimes, it's worth living. Live like there's no tomorrow, but being ready for that tomorrow that could not come. And, pain is not that bad after all, remember that. It's okay to feel pain - we're human, we feel.

Have a sweet night, guys <3

Bullying.

Hey guys!

Today I'm writing because I'm angry at the world. I'm angry at it completely, everyone included. I'm also including myself. Why am I angry at the world?

Because we don't realize it when we're doing something wrong, and we just do it over and over. We make the same mistakes until it's too late to fix them. We all do. Other people make the same mistakes over and over, you make the same mistakes over and over, and I make the same mistakes over and over. Do we ever learn? It doesn't seem like it.

I've decided to talk here about a certain kind of mistake, one which costs too many lives every year, every month, every week, and every day.

Bullying.

Yes, bullying. I bet that you've heart about it. I bet that you whether have been a victim of it, have witnessed it, or have been the bully. Am I right or wrong? I kind of feel like I'm right.

Most people who witness bullying do nothing about it. Completely nothing. Is it right? Definitely not.

"It's typical of kids", "it's no big deal", "come on, you're just over-reacting", "just ignore them"

Those are the typical things people say when someone complains about being bullied or someone being bullied. Do you really think that saying such things will fix the problem?

Kids and teenagers are afraid of being who they want to be. They're afraid of loving who they want to love. They're afraid of sharing with the world their own thoughts.  They're afraid of being themselves. They're suffering from the pressure of being someone they don't want to be, of pretending to be what they're not.

They're not expressing themselves because they're afraid of being rejected or bullying!

We're all humans, we have the right of being who we want to be, doing what we want to do, loving who we want to love, being with who we want to be. Who has the right to take that away from us? Nobody.

The truth is that bullying happens every day, everywhere. This needs to stop. We can't carry on like this. A change needs to be made.

Kids and teenagers are getting depressed, they're self harming, they're being physically and verbally abused... lots of them end up killing themselves. Do you really think bullying isn't a serious problem? The consequences it may have are terrible, do you really think we don't have to do something about it?

Too many lives have been already lost. Too many people suffering and hurting. How much will it take for people to realize bullying needs to stop?

I just wish that people realize it before it's too late.

If you're a victim of bullying, stay strong, hold on. There are lots of people here for you, me included! If you're witnessing bullying, don't stand still, speak up, do something! If you're being a bully, don't you think it's time to be sympathetic and stop it?

I hope y'all have a nice weekend, love y'all <3

"#Cut4Zayn"

Hello there everyone! I wasn't supposed to write a post today, because I didn't really know what to write it about. But, I was scrolling down twitter and I saw something that really pissed me off. I couldn't help but write about it.

Some people would say that it's not a big deal and it's only a few people, but I don't care. It is a big deal to me, and since I'm in my right of sharing my thoughts as long as I respect people, I'll take it.

When I came to twitter today, I saw some tweets with the hashtag "cut4zayn". This isn't the first time that there's a hashtag like that one - last time it was "cutforbieber", wasn't it?

I'm not going to show hate towards those people, I'm against hate. You know the problem here? You're making fun of something which is definitely not funny at all. Self harm is a serious issue which, even though it's not a suicidal action in most people who do it, can lead to suicide. Besides all the physical harm it can cause to a person; behind self harm there's a lot of emotional pain. Is it funny?

I don't know about those people who make fun of it, but let me tell you something: if you want to have a laugh, type on youtube 'comedians' or something like that, and you'll probably laugh. You don't need to do that, to make fun of something which isn't funny at all.

Do you know that posting photos of fresh cuts can trigger people who're dealing with that issue? It can and it does.

On the other hand, please, imagine for a second. I don't even know what's happening, but I've read that you're doing it because Zayn Malik left One Direction. You're his fan, aren't you? Please, use empathy. How would it make you feel like if you had fans and they harmed themselves because of a personal decision you made? Exactly.

Just, stop it, please. Hashtags like that one are the reason why people don't take issues like self harm seriously.

Writing this, I searched the hashtag again, and do you know what I read?

"The faster you cut your wrists, the faster Zayn comes back"

What's wrong with you? Do you realize you're triggering other people? I know that the people who've harmed themselves for that reason are only a few, but stop spreading the word!

If you're sad about it, you can write that you're upset about it, but you don't need to do this. You're better than doing that to yourself, you don't deserve it.

Cutting yourself because your idol left his band wont' solve anything. It'll only make you suffer more, and self harm is an issue that you don't want - I can assure you that. I'm dead serious.

If you're having self harm issues, you should seek help. If you can't have face-to-face help at the moment, I'm leaving this link for you: https://self-injury.net/resources/hotlines. And, as I've said before, I can try to help you if you want to.

Stop those hashtags, stop making fun of self harm. There are a million reasons why it's not funny. If you can't offer your help to those suffering from it, don't let your ignorance about this cause the ones suffering more pain and silence. Their lives are hard enough to have you bothering them.

I didn't mean to offend anyone, I just felt the need of sharing my opinion on ths because it really offended me personally.

Have a nice day everyone!

What you're doing here.

I don't quite know what I'm doing here. For that reason, I don't know what you specifically are doing here.

I don't want to lie you. I don't even know who you, the one reading this in this very moment, are. I don't know anything about you. I don't know if you know who I am. You probably don't have any clue of who I am. You probably don't even know how I look like. You could probably see me anywhere and don't know who I am. I like that.

Or maybe you do know who I am. There's a chance you know me in real life, and, when you've seen my name in my profile, you've recognised who I am. There's a chance that you are a person close to me, or that you're a person who knows me in real life, but we're not very close. I don't know, there's a possibility. I like that too, even though I prefer the role of an anon.

I don't care if you know who I am or not.

However, even though I'm writing here a bunch of words which sometimes don't even make sense, there's something I want. I don't want to lie you. Whoever you are, I don't want to lie you. I want to be straight up with honesty. That's what I've been trying to do since I started the first one of my blogs, and I started my twitter account as well. I've been trying to be honest. Even though I started coming as an anon, I've been trying to be honest.

That feels kind of weird to me, because, in real life, there are many times in which I'm not honest. There are many times in which no words I said were true. What's messed up about that is that, I hurt others with that when they found out the truth, but mostly I hurt myself. You know, you can say you're fine when you're totally not. Even though someone finds out you were far from okay, the person who hurts the most is you.

But, here, to me, it's different. Maybe is that I'm writing behind a screen, or that words were always what I used to express my own feelings. Here I don't usually lie. I express my feelings right how they are. I don't even feel afraid of sharing them. I feel safe here. I don't know if to you it makes sense, but to me, it does.

That's why I'm saying that. I don't know what I'm doing here, so, I can't tell you I know what you're doing here, because I really don't. Do you know what I really know? I know that there's a reason why you're here, and lots of reasons for you to keep being here.

The answer to the question "What am I doing here?", you can only find it. I can't answer that question for you, neither can your friends, family... or whoever you ask. The answer is inside you, you are the only one who can know what you're doing here. Don't freak out if it takes a long while to find the answer - the great things in life take time.

Nothing is easy?

People use to say that nothing is easy.

Are they right? I don't think so. I think something different. I believe that there are a lot of things in life which are easy. Things that don't take any effort from us, and things that aren't what we consider "difficult".

However, what I think is this: I believe that nothing which is worth it is easy. With that, I mean that there are easy things, and a lot. But, whenever there is something you want to accomplish, something you want to get, and you find it hard, you feel like you can't get it because of the difficulty, that's when you know it's going to be worth it.

The hardest things in life, are the most worth fighting for.

There are lots of things which are worth fighting for, however, the things that cost the most, are worth the most.

That means that the fight you've got into in order to accomplish your dream is worth it. People will tell you you can't do it, and even you'll tell yourself you can't do it some times. That shows how worthy your fight is. Because, the more it costs, the more you'll win once you get what you've been fighting for.

Never give up on your dreams.
